The Plot
The story starts with a beautiful model who is murdered in an elevator. The
killer has no mercy on the poor girl. He stabs herin the stomach, then slashes
her throat. A day passes... Then another girl dies in the very same apartment
complex. This one is drowned in her very own bathtub. The police are getting
suspicious of the owner of the apartment complex. It seems Andrea not only owns
the apartment complex, but he also runs a modeling studio. Both the girls that
were murdered were girls he knew.Andrea does something rather shocking and rents
the apartment, the one in which the girl was murdered in her bathtub, to twoyoung
models. He seems to fall for one of them from the get go. He likes the bodacious
Jennifer. But Jennifer has a past...A past that is haunting her...Out of the
blue appears Jennifer's "husband." A while back, he brainwashed her
and made her join a sex cult. He wants her back... And like he says, If he can't
have her - Nobody will! This was definetly bad timing. With all these murders
happening, this crazy nut after Jennifer, and the police suspicious of Andrea...
It just ain't a good time to be him.One day, the killer comes after Jennifer.
Her roommate is out at the time, so she gets attacked. Luckily, Jennifer escapes.
Once they come back looking for clues, they find the "crazy nut" that
was after Jennifer, dead in her apartment. What happens next is even more disturbing.
The killer just won't stop killing and kills Jennifer's roommate in the open
city streets. To make matters worse, she falls dead right in front of Andrea.
Coincidence? The shocking end comes as the killer goes after Jennifer one last
time. Is Andrea the killer? Or are the apartment complex tenants hiding something
much more sinister?

Picture Quality
The picture is presented in 2:35:1 Widescreen. It is ANAMORPHIC and Anchor Bay
has done a fabulous job with the transfer. There are tiny problems with it,
however. Like when there is some damage to the print for a few seconds, in the
scene where the crazy nut husband first meets up with Jennifer. But other than
that, there is nothing negative to report.
4/5

Audio Quality
The audio is presented here in Dolby Digital Mono. It is a dubbed English track
that sounds great. They used to do that back in theday for Italian films, so
when you see that the lips onscreen ain't matching the dialogue spoken... Don't
fret ;)
4/5

Extras
Only extras are a Trailer, Alternate "Stabbing Scene", and an Anthony
Ascott Filmography. You really can't expect anymore extras. Giallo's are rarely
revisited and given the treatmeant Anchor Bay has given the Giallo Collection.
3/5

SMN's Final Thoughts
This is one of the better Giallo's out there. So if you want it, the only way you can get it is by ordering the Giallo Collection. This film is not being sold seperately. And for $40 for 4 good movies, it's the best deal in town. Pickup the Giallo Collection today!
